ah ic.. i better stick with my 10/100 switch, for gaming purposes raman ni gud with 4 of my close clingans.

opportunistic data transfers, such as file transfers and media streaming will try to take up all the available b/width it sees. therefore services such as these will great;y benefit from Gb link. if youre going to use it only for gaming itll be better if you just stick to 10/100. the performance upgrade from using Gb LAN cant justify the cost of getting a 10/100/1000 switch and network interface cards.
