HELP! 3dmax7 MS C++ Runtime Error..How to deal?

guys, ive encountered this everytime i open my 3Ds Max7 Software:

Program: D:\3dmax7\3dmax7.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

After that, i clicked OK then, the program exits.

What could be the problem?
I tried google-ling it, but, haven't found the right solution

Maybe you have the wrong dll's.
