1.Go to www.imageshack.us
Click on browse and look for the image u want to post.
(better if u check on resize image..mas dali mag load dire sa istorya kung sakto ra sa size imong pic)
Click on host it.

When the next page appears, go to the bottom of the page and look for the line/box that says:
Direct link to image.
Copy the link inside that box.

2. Go to your istorya post
Click on the icon "insert image" kanang icon na murag box, murag picture, beside the world icon.

u will then see this command -----img][/img]

paste the link that u copied from imageshack (from the direct link to image na box) and paste it after the bracket----[ img ]
so something like---[img]http:/blahblah...[/img ]

Then click on preview to see how the picture would look like in your post...

hmm.. i hope ok pagka explain, hehe...
