pc restarts when i shut it down

good day peeps, i got another pc which restarts when i shut it down. what do you think is the problem here? im guessing it has something to do with the operating system which could be fixed by formatting.

it happens this way, when i click the turn off button, instead of turning off, the pc turns back on. any comments would be highly appreciated.

huh? wala ko kasabot, sori.. if Widows XP Black Edition na sa sidewalk lang napalit, I bet ana na xa. I experience man gud na kana na OS akong gi install sa PC, mao gyud na prob sa imo. It even restarts when I go to run >> cmd. Restart dayun..

it may be a virus... try reformat and install.

based on experience..if cant be done by a couple of reformatting..( i use an Original SP2 ),

im using windows xp sp2, no problems with the operating system eversince because daghan nako pc gi installan ani.

this new pc is just 2 months old, unya mga last week ra gasugod ug ingani. at first, memory compatibility with the motherboard ako gi dudahan, pero same problem raman gyapon even if i changed the memory with another brand. so im guessing it may be caused by a virus. hopefully mawala ni nga problemaha pag ma format na. ill update lang unya diri ug na-unsa na. thanks for your help guys.
