under a linux box yes, impossible to trace basta sakto lang pagka set-up. under windows maski unsa ka kamaayo mo set-up ma trace ra

All these "IP hiding" software are just glorified proxy switching software.
IP spoofing is possible but needs know-how.

There are a lot of ways to hide a private IP address from the Internet. First you can use a WAN device such as router or firewall (Network Address Translation). Second is to use a Proxy. Third is to spoof your IP address.
If its a software, then its either spoofing the IP address or acting as a proxy.
how about Tor using Onion routers? effective ba ni?
