ipa therapy na nimo. Naa man pd ta gitawag nga "Post-Polio Syndrome" gud. like for pila ka years na ayo nka unya after 10 yrs nibalik npd. Magsakit jd na labi na kung bugnaw ang panahon. U need to exercise para endurance nmu para dili ka madali ka kapoy. Mao kinahanglan ka magpa therapy..

Hi! it looks like ur having the signs of polio echo. You get it when your in your 30's. check in the internet for polio echo. So u wil know how 2 handle or manage it....
