Bai, basin makatabang...

1. Are u sure your pair are not both hens? Male parakeet has blue or pinkish cere (nose to human) and brown or white if hen.
2. Provided you have a pair, now we need to know if your problem is fertility or the incubation vof the egg.
- Fertility: the eggs are infertile if they are not hatch after sitting for about 17-20 days, way sulod ang egg; recommendation is rest the pair separately and give them vitamin-e like Nekton-E.
- Hatchability: if after 17-20 days the eggs are not hatch, open the eggs and you will see under-developed embryo/babychicks; there are a number of reasons for this like: the parents are disturbed that's why they do not want to continue sitting on the eggs (remove the cause of disturbance); the embryo is weak due to poor condition of parents during breeding (condition the birds prior to breeding); worst is, the hen has a bad habit of leaving the eggs for no reason (dispose the bird).

sa koi bro maybe d pa mature enough imu male or female. or maybe binugok na daan ang itlog naa sa tiyan(na daot daan pag naa pa sa tiyan) or maybe d kibaw mu fertilize imu male.daghan man possible problems.

Sometimes a hen will lay an egg even if there's no cock around due to high protein content of the feeds being consumed. If your bird is parakeet, you can give a combination of 75% millet(birdseed), 25% oat groat & 25% canary seeds... one week before the eggs hatches, increasy the percentage of oat groat & canary.....

Aside from the regular feeds, give them Vegies (lettuce, carrots - chopped/sliced into small pieces), Cuttlefish Bone & Shell Grits for their supplement on vitamins/minerals...
