Type of Position: Full-Time
Work Time Zone: Our ideal time would be 7am to 4pm Philippines time which is 9am to 6pm Melbourne (8 hrs paid plus 1 hr unpaid lunch).
We are flexible and would like to establish regular / normal hours for Monday to Friday work. We will consider a start time of 5am Philippines (7am Melbourne) up until 9am Philippines (11am Melbourne) with finishing between 2pm and 6pm Philippines (4pm to 8pm Melbourne.
Daily Reporting and Accountability: An end of day report in the form of an email as well as regular updating of Teamwork PM is required. The daily report will list tasks completed for the day and an outline of what is to be done the following day. Also required is an outline of any questions or issues requiring advice. In addition to daily reports Dr O'Brien will often be available for regular Skype video, calls and chat during the working day. Partnerunning is heading into new territory and the Assistant to Dr O'Brien is excepted to help as develop systems and find answers to new challenges.
About the role: This role is important in providing support to Partnerunning customers, contributors, our audience and Dr O'Brien. In the initial stages the incumbent will assist Dr O'Brien develop work systems as well as carrying out a range of administrative tasks.
Daily Work Description:
Key Tasks
1. Post Partnerunning Show Podcast information to Partnerunning.com;
2. Prepare photos for Partnerunning Show by resizing to required size and dimensions;
3. Post and schedule blogs including text, photos, audio and video;
4. Transcribe audio files from mp3 and wav files;
5. Prepare daily list of running news, articles, and posts using tools such as Google Reader;
6. Post pictures and links to Pinterest;
7. Upload pictures, pdfs, video and audio files to websites;
8. Create Pdf files for Partnerunning Training Programs; (content provided as word file)
9. Create PDF Forms and Training Diaries for Partnerunning Programs; (content provided as word file/pdf)
10. Enter and edit content on to web pages (mostly wordpress);
11. Enter and create webforms, quizzes and polls using Partnerunning systems; (content provided)
12. Prepare Partnerunning / Couple on the Run Newsletter for distribution; (content provided)
13. Act as customer contact for Partnerunning Academy, Partnerunning Community, Partnerunning and Partnerunner by monitoring, responding and advising on emails;
14. Research, email and liaise with potential podcast and magazine interviewees and contributors;
15. Schedule appointments;
16. Assist with admin and email tasks;
17. Prepare Powerpoint slides and presentations;
18. Be available for regular Skype video, call and chat to discuss work tasks and challenges;
19. Provide feedback and input into Partnerunning business systems;
20. Use Partnerunning Business systems as requested;
21. Prepare daily report of activities;
Highly desirable and development tasks and skills
22. Create layout and design for special reports in accordance with design templates;
23. Draft blog posts, articles and newsletter content based on outlines and research from Dr O'Brien;
24. Create banners and simple graphics within design templates for websites;
25. Basic audio editing including adding intro/outro to files and converting to Mp3 format for upload.
