Anyone knows unsay process to transfer ownership of car with Manila plate? Ang auto has been in Cebu city for few years and dire pud na update ang registration (2016). Pero ang owner's address sa OR and CR kay Manila gihapon.
I'm planning to buy this second hand car. Basin hassle and expensive ang pag transfer.
Nag research ko but dili man clear ang answer sa uban forums and LTO (unless I missed something). Naay nag mention to initiate the transfer kung asa originally na register ang auto, in this case, sa Manila. Is this true or pwede ra ta mo request to transfer dire sa Cebu, both ownership and location?
