    Default What now Mr. Palengke?

    What now Mr. Palengke?

This is just an observation of what’s happening around me. I remember when Sen. Mar Roxas was running; he presented himself as a solution to the ordinary members of our society to be protected of what they can afford, which is not something new anymore. He called himself Mr. Palengke, but before that idea came up these are the basic pricelist of the basic food of necessity that only can afford every household including mine:

BASIC FOOD BASIC PRICE TODAY’S PRICE MARKED UP PRICE
Kamatis (Tomato) 1.00 PHP 2.00 PHP 1.00 PHP
Bawang (Garlic) 2.50 PHP 3.50 PHP 1.00 PHP
Sibuyas (Onion) 1.50 PHP 2.50 PHP 1.00 PHP

A light that will smoothen the way to the marketplace where the words of the prophet were simple and plain and where messiahs are true with words and pledges they kept. A marketplace where there is also deaf and mute those fiddle the flutes but nobody dance, reached the place that never let him return to the old same marketplace.

Mr. Palengke reached where he is now. Because of so many votes he got from people regardless of being fooled or believers of the same conviction he’d danced with in the market marketable strategy and put him on top as number 1, what now Mr. Palengke?

No sarcasm. I am not that stupid to buy the idea, and to prove to you all that I’m not which I don’t think to do it either, but even if that’s what you call play script, gimmicks or propaganda of our politicians since the beginning, why until now you just accept it as it is? Where our country or we, the people is subjected to live the scarcity effect of those winning edge of theirs? Is there anything wrong by asking their tiring manners? Why all of a sudden I was the one who don’t understand by not being with the mainstream’s understandings of it? I salute your knowledge about it and maybe you’re just enlightening me, but no thanks. What I am at is a “voice” of my outlook outside your intellectual position on such way of propaganda, but with such understanding of yours for a long time now or at least your time, that’s how these politicians corrupt and limit you as ordinary members of this country, limited not to do anything but just understand it thee way they played it.
