    kung mag crave ko ug burger ug fries mu order ko mcdo. i only eat half of it and a few fries then you can give the rest away.
    like sa imong belgian waffle and cream cheese. why not eat half of it and leave the rest. dili man pud sayang kung huna hunaon. kay mahal pud ang gym and you can't really put a price on your health. hehehe.

    cravings is natural. but if you start controlling the portion of the foods you love you can do it. say to yourself "I DON'T HAVE TO FINISH IT ALL"

    I am with you, this will be the year I crack down and make a difference. In the past I have tried a number of diets and techniques, and I have actually gotten results from them. I often stopped my diet because it created weak hair which would thin and fall out. I started taking a daily supplement which has really helped to ensure that I am getting the right vitamins and minerals for the health of my hair. Now that I think I have that problem taken care of, I am shooting for this next year being a different year for me that will allow me to make all parts of my body beautiful again.

    okay.... so Im fluctuating... AGAIN! Ive been craving, so I indulged.

    I promised my self not to skip meals but today I did. Mukaon na lang kog oats at work. Nakatago bitaw sako tumbler so di mahibaw-an na gakaun diay ko.

    Then since I only slept 3 hours kay nalingaw na lagi sa grocery nya nag baklay pajud from emall to citilink with about 10 pounds of groceries on hand, Ill sleep in my 1:45 lunchbreak.

    Ugma aftershift pinatyana najud akong life! RD lagi pero di matog sa adlaw. busy day kay naay nagpa-book ug make up session.

    Plus more household chores await.

    this is NOT healthy!

    anyway, okay raman ang oats sagulan ug milo and milk, right?

    on the other hand, NAAAH!!!! basta mukaon kog oats and an apple and about a handful of sodium rich mang inasal junkfood sumsuman at work... bahala na!

    eliminate nang processed og added sugar sa inyo food then have lowest carbs possible sa inyo meals. possible no bread, potato chips, dips, soda, junk food or only on occasions. if ma buhat na ninyo, no need to count your calories and minimal exercise ra ang needed para mo loose weight.

    Sakto jud ka cuz. Wa may problema anang mu kaon ug mcdo bah as long as dili lang super late night and punish yourself(exercise) afterwards. dili kay mag lingkod lang and tanaw tv. Sakto sad ingon ni t-bag. minimal exercise lang jud ang need if naa kay discipline sa imong food intake. Misis nako kay 8 months pregnant, bisan unsay lang yang lutuon sa balay, gahapon pizza nya today kay liempo. Grabeh ka tempting ang liempo, so ni kuha ko gamay na slice and akong g.pares ug quinoa salad instead of rice.

    kabantay ko nato diri murag consistent kaayo atong cheat meals dah. Discipline lang guys and portion control.

    no need to starve yourself. ako kay mas dako akong kaon karon kaysa sauna pero wala gyud ko ni gain og weight. very low carbs (no rice, wheat, potato, soy) unya high fat from meat ako food intake. replaced sugar with honey as sweetener for my coffee. my energy level is high

    OMG mga bro! abu nko ako ra ang naay problema aning ma tintal jud ug food. For this week na eat ol u can korean food ko with mysister, then again postpone na pod ang promise sa self na mo lose ug weight. Inig kita na pod sa mga kaila ug paryente, SAWAY TO THE MAX na pod akong ma experience ani.... uhuhuhuhuhuhuh

    I hope ma discipline na nko akong self oi kay sos akong hubak ug hangos e saka sa hagdanan. Hopefully by Monday matuman and masugdan nato nako akong 100 day challenge sa akong self na dili mo likoy sa pag self discipline.
