That instructor clearly wasn't joking. He even had an explanation to back up the "necessity" of beating the yellow light.

he doesnt look joking because the whole seminar wasnt flashed in the video. its done in purpose... to have more dramatic effect on the video and to make our traffic regulation look worse.

^try to watch again the part where they accompanied Elsie? (i forgot the name) for family planning. surely the church is not doing its job to control the sky rocketing population here in the philippines, heck they are even saying (as what the doctor said) to have more babies.

The problem with the church is that they are blocking a supposed to be sound solution to the population problem yet aren't giving solutions of their own. Mao ning problema sa simbahan because kutob ra sila sa misa, they aren't applying what they're preaching. Kung naa unta silay solution sa overpopulation, ok ra unta babagan nila ang RH Bill. The problem is there is none and kung naa man gani, it's not working.

asa naman tawon ang values nato ani oi kung mao na inyong reasoning... kutob ra diay sa palami? asa naman ang responsibility nato sa mga action nga atong buhaton? kadugay na pud anang mga condoms. IUD, pills og uban pa naa bay nahimo sa atong population? what we need right now is discipline... FYI... dugay na kaayo na ang family planning pero no use sa Philippines...

And unsa man ang nabuhat sa simbahan when it comes to discipline? Are they coming up with something new? This is not about just me and you because as educated people we could control and discipline ourselves. The concern is for the uneducated and the poor. Naa bay nabuhat ang simbahan nga substantial? If the government has not, at least they are coming up with ways. Ang simbahan, wala koy nakita.
