    It boils down to people manning the shops and owners. Wa japon mag mata nga sa kadaghan sa shops and to keep customers coming back, they need to focus on excellent customer after sales services...I have my own experience with a mobile phone shops sa Maze, Ayala. Tapad anang namaligya ug mga PS3 and where one can also download mga SW games...we bought a low end original LG phone worth Php2K+ for my little girl...my daughter was very happy that she slept playing with it after lunch at home. When she wake up late afternoon, guba na ang LCD. Dammit!! basin nadaganan niya kay gitapad man niya during her afternoon nap...

    Next day, amo gidala didto anang nga mobile phone shop sa Maze..di kuno cover sa Warranty and beside negligence kuno..Well, maybe...went to LG service center but they want to charge me Php4K++ for the ****ing LCD replacement..mas mahal pa sa phone!!! Gi-ahak!!! not worth it!! that week, I was planning to buy an LG LCD or LED TV. End of story, I did not and never will buy any LG products again...because customer service and after sales sucks!!!

    Well, if ako ang tag-iya ato nga mobile shop or taga LG, I could have replaced that LG mobile unit or provided replacement LCD at no cost at all even if this was not inclusive in the warranty. But I will tell my customer that next time to be extra careful with this low end phone because it is not that robust and LCD is expensive than the unit itself. And next time, I can no longer replaced it for free...I believe, with this approach, they could have a loyal customer for life!!

    I read in this thread about Gizmo and their post here..look like this guy is on the right track focusing on excellent customer service. I will not be surprised if this shop or this guy (Mark Yap) will make it big in the business someday!! No, I don't know this guy and/or bought anything from his shop but already visited them 2 weeks ago inquiring about a Nikon D7000 DLSR.

    another shop for istoryans to avoid tsk tsk.. look for shops that cover full replacement and clear warranty. dili ang naay conditions pa.. mao ni sila ang way paki sa customer service or after sales service. good luck
