Unlike the previous PC stores in cebu i've been before, PCX seems to excel by far... how they handle the customer is really exemplary, they're not trying to hide anything...they're trying to be as transparent as possible when they're giving you your rig or parts..other pc stores give you the package right away without even giving you the exact detail 'cause this is one of their way of trying to slip-in some defective, inferior, used part(s)...

Sure they don't have much 'bout "the REALLY high-end parts" but a large portion of the population are only entry-level pc users...When talking about the Best store in cebu (note it's store, not individual or website) with regards to customer relations and performance..for me, it's gotta be PCX (as for now).

i also have a good experience with PC Express (NRA)... it was my first transaction with them so it left a very good impression about their shop.

i've been looking for a factory-overclocked 8800gt for a couple of weeks and finally decided on getting one from them (an inno3d 8800gt oc). now other stores, including those i've listed as my favorites require me to give some amount as downpayment for things i get on order basis. it really surprised me when malou (the kind lady who took my call) agreed to order me one without any downpayment, she only asked me if i was a sure buyer and asked for my contact information. the unit arrived 1 day in advance and she called me early during the day. when i arrived, she personally took care of the transaction. i usually get my items from their jones branch but after that, i'll be ordering from them na. even the person releasing the unit even agreed to my request not to stick their warranty on the card's PCB...

depende sad cguro sa reputation nmo bro..last time nag order ko og 7600gst wala gyud ko nila gi inform na naa na diay stock..nag bilin kog # & all. dli sad sila musugot na mag down kay dli daw cla sure kung naay muabot, kung gusto gyud daw ko mag bayad daw og extra 600 para shipping, next day daw muabot. so wala nlng ko nipalit sa ila. ok ra man nuon ilang customer service as long as on stock lng imong gipangita

well, ok gyud unta if there is a one store that carries them all & with a good service. pero wala man, so, know and research the item that u want & shop around. it's good to know from this forum (thank goodness!) those stores nga naa mga bad practices para ma aware & beware ta. and of course, those stores nga maayo sad. maayo unta mo give details ang every poster why this store or that is good or bad. that way, we get informed. no need to bash.
so far, i'm ok with pcx. i don't buy all my stuff there. competitive ila price, good service but poor stock availability. experience tells me to call first before i go there to check availability. most of the time when i get into any store i already have a short list of items to look for. like all other things, naay gyuy pros and cons.
