    @Dorothea: To be honest being fit is a lifetime commitment. You need to infuse it in your vein. Your trainer was very correct. Maybe you need to take it one step at a time. Although the progress will not be as profound as other women due to the difference in genetic makeup ( I do know women who goes back to being after right after giving birth), you should never stop believing. P90x is good even just plain aerobics can do the trick. Pero you are what you eat and try to assess on which area ka nifail kay basin mao ng reason why naglisod ka. If you get bore after some time, you might want to join a group of women who are into fitness or a plain training partner will do. Just enjoy the process, trust me, you can do it and you'll eventually have the body you want. Ciao!

    1hour max ko mam... but within the 1hour i create my own world, suplado na kaau ko ana while working out usually kay focus kaau, pero kung naa ang mga friends naa sagol na laftrip

    for a start id really recommend knang pwede mabuhat sa balay especially for the ladies, not unless if you are really outgoing then pick a physical activity that you enjoy most and make the most out of it

    hello maam, mura mn pd ka sa akoang sister...took her to the gym where i worked out and paid for her membership, i wanted her to be lean..she only did the workouts for just a couple of weeks then the expected happens, she got bored..gitapulan na xa! maau lng pd sa sinugdanan...she keeps on saying "bati kaau kun ako ra isa oiee"... I think for girls it's good to have a Gym Buddy in doing the routines! ky para chika2x bah..

    Monday: 150 push-ups, 5 sets with 30 reps
    500 Jumping Jacks
    50 knuckle push-ups
    5 minutes Sit-in-the-air, 5 sets, 1 minute each
    100 calf/ heel raises
    Tuesday: day-off
    Wednesday: 50 Front thrust kicks, both legs
    50 Side Thrust Kicks, both legs
    20 Jab Kicks, both legs
    20 roundhouse kicks, both legs
    150 push-ups, 5 sets with 30 reps
    50 front punches, both arms
    Thursday- Jogging (at least 20 mins, at most 1 hour)
    500 Jumping Jacks
    Friday- Jogging (at least 20 mins, at most 1 hour)
    150 push-ups, 5 sets with 30 reps
    50 knuckle push-ups
    Saturday Early morning jogging (at least 20 mins, at most 1 hour)
    After work, DATE NIGHT!! hahahah.. if naa ko cebu, if not, REST NIGHT.
    Sunday Early morning Jogging (at least 20 mins, at most 1 hour)


    Mao ni akng gi stick nga program, 1 month pa lang nuon. I used to be 84 kgs, after one month, I'm 82.5 kgs.. Nahan unta ko mag gym, but I travel a lot for work, sayang kung magpa member kog gym nya maputol rapud..

    Totally random rajud ni akng program, ang uban, gikan pa sah pag tuon nakog karate sa una..
    Can anyone suggest how to improve my program? Akong aim is to lose weight and then, get ripped. But for now, going to the gym is not an option.. Especially when I'm in manila kay pwerteng mahala!!! Akong target weight is my college weight, 70kgs.. Nahan unta ko before my next birthday, sah June.. heheheh.. Any suggestion is welcome.

    we have the same concern girl. akong weight ga yoyo jud over the years kay once ma hit nako akong desired weight, dili nako mo commit kung unsay buhaton para ma maintain. daghan excuses pero ang pinaka jud kay ang katapul lang, no motivation ug sige lang, ugma na lang, ugma na lang. akong mga pics kataw anan, slim, then extreme ka tambok, then balik nasad ug lose then tambok nasad ug balik esp kaning sa call center ta ga work. since tapulan man ko, i tried something that i have not done before and so far murag ni work man siya nako. i bought a machine diri sa balay. combined elliptical ug stationary bike, orbitrak man guro toy tawag ani. it was on sale, so i invested. in less than 2 months, i lost nearly 20lbs combined cardio and proper diet, i dont starve myself kay dili nako kaya but i watch what i eat with no weight loss supplements kay mahadlok ko ma hurt akong kidneys anang mga tambal ug unsa pang mga side effects. akong himuon girl, mag watch kog movie or soap while ga sige kog padyak2, kinahanglan lang lahi2 ang intensity, mga 1-2 minutes, intense ang speed, then hinay ug kapoy na, then balik nasad paspas kay i read mao daw na impt sa aerobic exercise, change ang intensity to burn more calories. dili nako maka notice nga naka 30 or 60 mins na diay ko kay nalingaw man sad kog tanaw sa salida. try lang, it might work for you. lose sa kog another 10 more pounds una ko mo enrol ug gym for toning. im planning to get a ball to tone abs. hope my suggestion would help. goodluck to all health enthusiasts.
