For me, if your running for public office from Mayor to President nana ha. Supposedly, for higher position dapat higher qualification pud. For law maker, congressman, senator and president it should have basic requirements of atleast law graduate or a lawyer. So diha palang da-an murag gi filter na kong kinsa tong qualified. Ang nahitabo krn, even tricycle driver wl run for president or a congressman because of obsolete law in the philippines and that sounds very stupid..

This is the main problem. Tracing of criminals require expertise/skills and knowledge. Eh ka nga "think like a criminal". And what's more difficult is most of these criminals live outside the country. What should be done? As what personalmgt said, what NBI needs are competent information security experts and who are dedicated to their jobs. But let's face it, our information gathering tactics and equipment are far beyond the other countries. These are the things that our government should consider. Even the E-Commerce is not suitable enough and is a weak law to punish cyber criminals.

mga stupid jud ni mga taga NBI. i thought they are lawyers. oh well ka ignorant lang jud. kung ang purpose nila is to track down cyber crimes why gud tawon ang machine ila i register. mo register ba diay sa tracker ang machine serial number nga ang IP ra man. intawon mga taga NBI maau ni bungkagon ni ahensiyaha. layo ra kaau sa FBI.
