not sure where you prefer...but i prefer this to be done by TO the criminals....not the hardworking-class citizens/innocent people....

court? you do realize were in the philippines, right? where justice is a JOKE....right?

we're not talking the "barbaric/roman" type of justice man nga di nato paminawn or tan-awn ang usa ka side...

sidetrack, i guess di ka mo-uyon ug "Judge Dredd" type of justice system...
Sir, I understand that you wanted to live in a peacful neighborhood and we can all agree on it. I'm a call center agent as well and I have experienced being mugged in the middle of the streets. But I have never wished to kill a person regardless of what they have done as I understand that even criminals have the rights to live, that's why we have due process in courts and we have prison cells. Firstly, vigilante will never ever solve anything. Morality is on the line here. Were not talking about barbaric/roman type yeah? What do yout hink these vigilantes are doin? Killing without justification? You said living in the Philippines where justice is a joke? Are you mocking our constitution, mocking about the rights that have been create to protect human rights? We all know justic is working, if there's anyone to blame, blame those people who are placed in a position to imopose these things do not blame your country where you reside. As well as that Mayor that you praised where he allowed killings without justification. You realize that the person that you praised is one of those persons who do not follow the law as well? If you think that these process is effective enough, then why there are still killings happening in Davao? I thought that this was meant to stop them from violating the law, why there are still people being killed?

Off topic na jud ni. I can debate to any thread about this. I will stop here. Sorry TS.

    1. only known notorious criminals with police records are targetted
    2. the criminals are given warnings to change or leave davao or else. sometimes the criminal's name will be published in the local newspaper. this serves as a warning.
    5. katong nauso ang mga gangs diri sa davao, the vigilantes/dds targetted only the gang leaders, the members were not touched.

Pwede man gehapon maka smoke, basta designated places lang.

Aw, wala man koy problem sa smoking free area sa Davao, in fact I totally agree with it. I don't have problem with curfew's as well, it's just that I want to party mao ganahan ko diri Cebu, it's just my personal take. I don't really hate the place, daghan kaayo kog friends na taga Davao, there's just only 1 thing that I don't like, and I don't care if sa Davao or sa Cebu na hitabo. There are also things that I don't like here in Cebu, so please don't think na biased kaayo ko. And by the way, chicks diri sa Cebu are nothing compared sa Chicks sa Davao. Hehehe.

Please don't take it as I really hate your city. I never really hated your city, I just hated how your Mayor is doing things. And for the sake of this thread, yes I agree for a smoke free city (not totally ban), and just smoke where you suppose to smoke.

Ok ra bro, dili manko taga Davao. I just stayed there for a year...

Anyway, I agree... there are advantages and disadvantages about Davao. Some of them are not within this topic.
