    Cebu City is trying to be the next big "events city", right? The proposed ban is a step backward in relation to that. Wearing a bikini is not the same as being naked.

    correct. with this proposed ban, they are ruining LOCAL, home-grown businesses who are struggling to make a living. Alangan, dili baya all year round mag bikini mga bae...so dili jud all year round ang halin...diba?

    Di mag suot ka ug swimsuit complete with swim cap and goggles. Kung sport nimo scuba diving then suot ka wetsuit, BCD, Mask ug fins.
