If freemasons are enemies of the church, why there are so many symbols plastered everywhere that is related to the freemasons?
Like the compass and square symbol infront of Elgin Church in US.
Presbyterian Church of East Africa - square and compass.
Masonic and Kabbalistic Symbols In the Washington D.C.
Kana pung sign nga PX sa mga pari (no offense RC people) believed to be one of the symbols of the freemasons. Ang logo nila has a triangular formation which you will see it also in our Flag. Research lang mo ani... mao ni akong nabasahan... though I am skeptical but who knows it might be true.
.. and many more.

actually they are. that's the reason they're excommunicated because they already defy the church's teaching. but this does not mean they are now into "evil" stuff as what the church branded them. in fact, there are some bishops or "big time" clergy in the Vatican are Freemasons. Yes guys, most masons are filthy rich, influential & bigatin. But for me, mason is no different to a brotherhood, fraternity or org. Just like rotary, kiwanis, toastmaster that selects great people before youll belong to em. they may discuss or teach mystic or supernatural subjects, something out of this world that we believe made them powerful or rich. But at the end of the day, they're still humans. I read bill clinton was a demolay but he hesitated to join freemasonry later on sensing that he does not need any affinity to any group. Is it not the church made the masons their enemies because they already lost their affinity to the wealthy & famous way back to the middle ages?
Jacques Demolay was a freemason...Originally Posted by johnny22aa
