    Java, mySQL and PHP are also being use by our Web Developers.
    (Knowledge with Linux OS is an advantage)

    SQL Server and .Net are being use by our Software Developers.

    I have something to ask, I don't know if this is appropriate but i'll ask it anyway... hehehe...

    Regarding the exam, mohatag sila ug problem or they just allow you to create your own program using sql server and vb.net?! Naay time limit? And also what version are they using?

    not sure, but I think for Software Developers you need to have knowledge on SQL Servers, .Net, SP, ASP, it will be an advantage if you have more. (just my opnion tho)

    For Web Developers, PHP, mySQL, Java, ASP .Net and knowledge with Linux environment is a plus.

    Exam always has a time limit and goals/scenarios they wanted you to solve, and versions, I think if a person do have knowledge with his skills(programming/coding) version maybe your least of worries.
