    last Jan & Feb 2011 grabe ni gain ko ug weight during holidays just this month ng drink ko daghan water nya in the evening medyo gamay lang jud kaon but more on water gihapon basta ig kadlawon maka mata jud ko kay mg ihi hehe... sa ako nabantayan ni ga-an ko mga 8lbs na cge ko patimgang sa office clinic and i like it.... plus sabayan gamay ug pasingon nindot mg jogging dali ra kaayo ka mu gaan kay daghan ma tubig sa body..

    thanks sa information.. bitaw maayo jud kung mo drink ug water before meal para gamay ra imo maka-on sa meal .. thumbs up ko ani. i do this pag i feel mi gain nako ug weight..

    additional info lang noh to help people like me who is struggling with extra weight, there is no truth to warm, luke warm water and bugnaw will make u fat kay ang calories ang makapatambok sa taw, dili ang init or bugnaw. water has zero (0) calories, wether its hot or cold doesnt make any difference by caloric content. but i tell you that the body burns more calories in iced cold water because the body needs to heat up a little bit for this iced cold water but the calorie burning is not substantial for weight loss but it will help. instead of just plain water, try green tea because of its thermogetic effects, its means it will boost up your metabolism breaking down fat deposits in the body to become energy. you will be a little sweaty because your body temp rises a bit but its good because this is a form of detoxification, harmful toxins in the body is excreted through the skin. other than that, green tea is proven to block fats from being absorbed in the body, kung sige ka inum ug green tea then kaon kag lechon, its safe to say that ur body will not absorb that fat from lechon coz of green tea. question lang, how much green tea you should take to maximize its effect, should not be less than 3 cups a day. if u can have more than that, the better, its proven to fight tooth decay sad. green tea is really my bestfriend for life now. hehe

    1. Minimize eating sa mga fast food
    2. Burn more calories than you consume
    3. Eat 5 meals a day - do not skip breakfast, eat healthy food for snacks
    4. Drink more water
    5. Exercise
    6. Weight training
    7. Swimming
