I went to this unisex gym in a mall and met this crushie.
He was not the typical guy who goes to the gym medyo
flabby sya so prolly toning sya like my program since I
lost a lot of weight that time from an illness.
So everyday I would check him out. And taman ra jud
mi tando2x ato Nya since I was too shy to start a convo.
One time I was doing cardio before my Latin Aero. I was
in the middle of my treadmill session when I spotted him
across the floor where the weights are placed. I kept stealing
some glances and pretend as if I wasn't checking him out Lols.
Not realizing I caught myself staring at him oblivious to the
treadmill then boooooom! I lost some steps that tripped and
almost fell off the equipment Lols!
Worst, my crushie saw my faux pas then he smiled at me...
Ulawa ui Lols..
Ni absent ko the next day k naulaw ko hahaha!
Lost my footing doing a squat without a Squat rack or power cage. Sat on my ass with the barbell still on my back. Didn't call for help kay ang pride ma hurt. I didn't want to drop the weights kay it would draw attention. Sat there for like 30 seconds thinking what to do... maygani naka kita ako amigo nako pero ga katawa na. Embarrassing and dangerous.
Lesson of the day... Don't squat heavy without a rack.

When I was around 16, nag gym ko sa sweat gym kay kilid ra sa UC main. Alsa ko 50lbs nga inclined bench. ug sa dihang sa last set di na masaka ang bar, FLAG RETREAT ko gikan sa akong liog padung paa. SAKITA! tsk tsk tsk di na ko mo usab! hahahaha (gipaligid ang bar from neck to legs, kasakit ana!) hahaha
nabali ako shorts hehee. maygani naka kita ko sa mirror...
mura ko na saag. hahaha!
pero wa pa ko kasuway nga wala ko ka alsa sa akong gi pang alsa.. di man ko mo alsa sad og kanang feel nako di makaya.. tag 30-35 lbs ra ko ahhahaha.
nag squats ko daun bag.o pa kaau ko nag gym2 ato, wa ko ka klaro nga ang usa ka weight kay 12 lbs ang pikas kay 20 lbs![]()
kadtong naggym pako, my coach told me nah mu alsa ko ug kana ganing maglinkod raka unya naa kay i pull nah naka wired siya sa weights. I don't know unsay tawag ana na equipment. now my coach told me nah mu increase ko ug weight sa akong alsahon. I told him nah coach bug.at ra nah para nako. He told me nah kaya ra daw nah.
So kani lagi nah cute kau ug height, if mu pull nako sa tubo / handle maka tindog pako unya usa ko mu lingkod. and if mu pataas nah mu tindog ko kay feeling jd nako madala ko sa handle / sa akong gi alsa. Karon my coach told me nah lingkod rajd ko. ana ko niya nah please ayaw ko biyae kay madala lagi ko sa akong gi alsa. siya man ang mupugong sa weights para dili siya mu diritso sa taas jd, ana pa siya nah ok. sos kay naa may ning tawag nya. unya ang handle naa sa may chest nako dapit. ana siya nah ill be back. so kay d naman ko kadaog, so nah up nako ug kalit nadala bitaw ko, as in nadala jd ko. pagbuhi nako naka layat jd ko. murag usa ka dupa from the equipment pdlng sa akong nalayatan. hahaha.
daghan pajd to taw. as in uwaw jd ko ato. grabe nla pangatawa. asta ko nagkatawa nlang ko. so my coach told me nah ayaw nalang ana dae, pagtreadmill nlang. hahaha.
