call center people tend to gain weight faster, cause the nature of work is talking and sitting for almost 8 hours. working hours is at night, and in fact metabolism is slow . Tendency pud sa mag agents cge kaon then abot sa balay kaon before 2log. So advice:
ist break: drink lotsa lotsa tubig
lunch: pwede ka matulog sa sleeping lounge or mag hiking imo teammates sa it park which we usually do
last break: drink lotsa lotsa water again, if gutom gyud you can eat
eat lang kanunay basta ginagmay...little bit of everything ba.

am on graveyard shift, dont have time to go out and even jog..hehehe

if you cant go out to jog, just jog yourself inside your room. .just make sure no one can see coz they might be horny. . .hahahaha

since ga GY ko, i started eating more...i gained 7 kilos within a week...now, 53 kilos na ako weight...i guess GY shift works better for me...
there are all kinds of drugs and fads that people losing weight will go through (believe me, i know what i am talking about - i once peaked at 297 lbs... waaah!) but there is no replacement over a good balanced diet and exercise regimen. i'm still 240ish lbs, but that's saying something.
