Ahm kasagaran mang mo commit aning child abuse kay katu mang mga walay access or dili kaayo mugamit ug internet...i think the government needs to focus on how to educate parents/guardians to be always on the look out for their kids safety to prevent this kind of crime from happening...it's the parents' primary reponsibility to vigilantly keep their kids from harm's way at all times...
