2 tbsp ACV
1 tbsp Pure Honey
12 oz Water
1/2 Orange, freshly squeezed. Kung wala ko orange kay calamansi ra ako gamit. Pang-mask ra sa taste ug smell sa vinegar.

I prepare it at night and drink it in the morning before breakfast. Then if may time, sagoli pd exercise.
