Nope... they think my documents are fraud they think that the position i was applying for was just made up and eventually im gona work as a nurse which is not my plan. They got my passport, my employers contract and the copy of the petition for that h1b application and my notice of approval too.

what if naa kay relatives sa states same last name mo, kay nagplano ko mo apply og cruise ship then lisod kuno i apply og visa basta naa kay relatives sa states.. is it true?

important thing lng ky ihatag nimu tanan ge require nila, no cheating,
i use a guarantor to my documents, a lawyer,and they even phone him, to double check

akong ig-agaw dentist sya. adto lang sya US as tourist kay talianak iyang igsoon. gipangutana unsay purpose moadto sya mao ra iyang tubag talianak. gitutukan sya sa consul dayon pangutana "who is dr. jose rizal?". "what is algebra?". sa algebra dapit iya gitubag kay kalimot na sya, giingnan man hinoon sya sa consul, "what?! im older than you and i still remember what is algebra!" derecho tatak DENIED.

I was on interview for H1B visa, im a nurse (not an nclex passer ) but my employer hired me in another position (not a nurse) after the interview the consul took my employers contract my copy of petition and she let me wait a few minutes. When they called me in window 12 they told me to come back after 1 pm. I came back and 45 minutes later they called my name in window 1 but i didnt know where window 1 is.. after few minutes they called me again and told me to go to the guard.. gave me a red I.D. thats says "escort needed" then they took me to the FRAUD DEPARTMENT then this guy interview me and kept asking me if im gona work there as a nurse coz he says im not qualified to work on that position and he thinks im gona work there as a nurse. Hours after that interview he documented and printed it then told me to sign it then told me that the consul will have their decision, and told me to go home and wait for the consuls decision.

do u have a document like work offer? or i dont know what other term for that.
it's a piece of legal paper, stating the position u r to work as for, salary,length of time, with signatures sa both employee and employer.
other strong document to prove man gud na.

Thanks for the reply Thamora ... well in my copy of petition is says there what kind of work i will be doing in my position it also includes my employers signature my salary and length of time i will be working, also in my employments contract it says how long i will be staying there with my employers signature, some info about the company AND most of all i gave them that confidential document which will only be opened by the consul themselves. Until now im still waiting wether they will banned me forever in the u.s. or deny me I trying to keep my self busy to divert my mind is this matter dunno what to do.
