Good luck! Blessing in disguise sad ang natabo sa Japan because I don't think we have protocols to protect ourselves from those kind of calamities. I dunno what our government and private sector will do if that happened to us

Item#3: We have our own local engineers here, we don't need to put up a course BSNuclear Engineering, the best thing to do is to train engineer and technicians regarding nuclear/radioactive energy.

#1 to #3...imports. Hapit tanan gamit sa Pinoy is imported. So, I think there is no problem on importation...hahaha.
#2 wala ta ani, so we import. just like oil, pero sa cost vs benefit, mas daghan ang mabulahan.
#3 nuclear engineers...are we designing another plant or maintaining one? if pang maintenance lang...we dont engineers, train lang ug insakto...unya for complex problems, we can call our suppliers or support engineers sa mga suppliers.
#4 money? the BNPP is not generating power not collecting income and yet we are paying for it. Might as well let it operate so we can see income.

^^ the filipinos are not mature enough to handle a nuclear power plant, especially crisis management. Actually, it is not our fault, the normal Filipino citizens, but our system of government and the corrupt practices that lies within.
