oi bro ayaw lng ko tawga og boss oi. ngilngig paminawon. hehehe... ako pa mn gani ang nagpatabang nmo... actually bro what you said is exactly how we are operating now. and ako gyud naghandle sa accounting side. ang akong concern is kaning sa mga agreements nga wala gyuy standards. gusto ko makakuha og idea on how others are dealing with this type of partnership. from shares, salary, operations, etc.
bro, if i were to ask you, unsaon nmo sa operations side nga matawag nmo nga fair cya nga arrangement?
    thank you gyud kau bro

you should both set your grounds and put everything in paper. naa ra mo pareho dri sa cebu? kay if lagyo mo, there might be problems in terms of communication and expectations.

ang ako lng siguro masuggest for now is come up with a business plan together. that will help you evaluate and lay things out for your business. if your business is profitable and will sustain thru time.

if you want, i can send you a copy of one i made for our business.

communication btw is not just talking on the phone, i suggest you as the investor should also be hands on on the operations coz dali ra kau mamanipulate ang figures. how long have you known ur business partner? how are you related?

bai earnest, actually bro inato ra man ang akong experience ani (small scale lang gud) but since i used to work on a multinational logistics company, i just apply to my industial partner what my bosses is doing to me in order muginansiya ang companya hehehe bawus sad ta oi.... regarding sa agreement, yes naa mi signed agreement, murag inato na by laws na mura nasad employment contract. naka state lang unsay main task niya and sweldo and profit sharing. every quarter mangayo ko ug targeted oprational/marketing expenses and projected income. if worth it then go, if not then discuss which expenses to be slashed until you are satisfied. ayaw pa tughi ug gasto. kinahanglan sad gyud observe or seat in sa operation so you will know unsay actual mahitabo and you will be able to visualized the entire operation.

ginagmay ra gud ni bro... share share lang ko...
