try these procudure first... p4s133 or any motherboard experiencing this problem
1. unplug your cpu.
2. set your CMOS/BIOS jumpers to "CLEAR CMOS" usually 2-3 pins are shorted... LEAVE IT ON CLEAR CMOS until step 4 is done.
3. luk for Jumper labelled KBPWR1 (this is near the ps/2 kb and mouse port), set the jumpers to 2-3 if normal mode is 1-2 pins..
4. put it back to normal the KBPWR1 jumpers to 1-2 (normal).
5. then put your BIOS jumpers back to normal again...
6. plug power and see if it works fine now....
