I'll give you a specific example

Galileo was imprisoned for subscribing to the copernican theory of a helio(sun)-centric world.

If you were born a Catholic at the time, mu tu-o gyud ka sa Geo-Centric theory diba? Catholic Church belief gud na'

Akong question is.... today Catholic Church has its own set of beliefs on the Origin of human life and again here comes science disproving it through the theory of Evolution which has all the scientific evidence to back it up.

Ang akong question is, Are you willing to let go of the church teachings and accept the new discoveries?

    researching or Searching?

If you mean searching... the answer is .. NEVER.

Life's a journey, not a destination remember... the moment you stop, you might as well be dead.

    Yes.

If tinuod ang Judeo Christian interpretation of God, then he will judge me not based on whether I believe in him or not but rather on my actions here on earth....

Kung mu judge sya nako on how much I worship him then wala syay ayo nga God.

We cannot question God, if unsa ang iyang judgement nato, or specially nimo.

Ingon diay ko nimo nga mo apil ka namo ug simba, or prayer worship or apil2x ug Charismatic activities? Kami, mga Christians or Roman Catholics here, we just express on what we believe. What you atheist do is mang lawgaw ra sa mga pagtuo sa mga believers...

Instead of attacking Christians vip, or makig argue nga dili tinood among faith, start within yourself muna.

Sometimes bad things happen. Life is unfair vip. Fair ra tanan ang mga naa na six feet under the ground.

Ok, let's use your analogy of employees working for a company.

What if that company you're working for turns out to be a pyramid scam / MLM company?

Content ra mo as long as naa moy nadawat nga perks / salaries and benefits gikan sa inyo Boss pero Pangilad diay to inyong Negosyo?

I'm not condemning any religion here... I'm just saying that a person can have a good life with morals WITH OR WITHOUT IT.

Mao lagi...if Pyramid scam ang company, or tinuod jud nga walay ayo, normally mang hawa ra tanan ang mga empleyado. Hundreds or thousands mag file pa nuon ug protest.

If bati or ge ilad rami (or kita, assuming you were baptised as a Christian/RC), ni crumble na unta ang Christianity, or Roman Catholicism specifically.

Turned out nga most believers are satisfied... diba?

    see

    that's it

you research until you die, and death is the end for you, but for us, it's just the beginning.

you stop there because by then you will never be able to do anything

    it has limitations

you can have another man do the research but once you are dead you stop

but my God doesn't stop there

once we leave this world we are taught than we should do good and find a way that we can help somebody. After that, we are going up there if we can pass

it only proves that the universe is unending and that no man can ever made that one.

assuming that science can explain the creation of the universe
    and science depends on man
ergo the creation of the universe depends on man
if it does not depend on man so where does it depend? on an alien?

in conclusion, the universe is limited to science which is limited to man which is limited by death...

but when you someone else is born, there is still the universe hehehe

Thats why Religion appeals to a lot of people. It claims to know all the answers.

It also removes the uncertainty of what happens after death.

You have to admire the bravery of Atheists who do not succumb to that model of existence. The path of an Atheist is harder than that of a theist.

That's also why you have to attain a certain level of intellect to be an atheist because you are able to resist and overcome the religious brainwashing they do to you as you grow up and renew your perspective of your existence. You also have to have a certain level of intellect to take the data for what it is and take your self importance out of the equation.

That explains why countries with higher GDP per Capita and IQ are less religious compared to countries with low GDP per Capita and low IQ.
