im not a lawyer but just an ordinary citizen. with the rampant crime everywhere that involves minors as well as using the reason as minors, its high time the government acts on this. too many have already lost loved ones due to crime committed by minors. too many have been victimized by these critters.

para nako iubos ang edad sa 9 years old para ma considered a CRIME ang nabuhat. 9 years old is the sufficient age a child knows what is right and wrong.

what are your thoughts?

That would be acceptable, but increasing the age limit to 12 would be much better. I also would not recommend putting juveniles in adult prisons, you know the consquences and it never works.

Forced hard labour camps will work.

They should be sent out as missionaries to third world countries, feeding the homeless, teaching kids English, building houses, donation drives, helping to make a difference. All this touchy-feely therapy bullshit won't work. 3 infractions committed they're inside the hole- problem solved.

JUST SHOOT AND KILL these juveniles who are involved in crimes....they have no more plan to change so just kill them..wa naman sd cla pulos sa katilingban..

to hell with human rights...inig kadagko nila..kamo na kabalo unsa cla sa katilingban...

16 and below should be the age limit for Juvenile court system . But depending on the crime committed , pwede na lang unta ma prosecuted under the adult court system .

Okay naa na man na na Law.. why not sue the parents, after all ilaha pa man kaha na na responsibilidad. Ug kung dili man..like petty crimes, ngano man dili ipa-public service palimpyohon sa karsada, paerase sa mga vandal, or patangal anang mga bara sa kanal.. sweldoan para makakaon, kaysa sige sweldo ug binulan anang mga pulis na gadako lang ang tiyan na dili gani makagukod sa mga kawatan...pwera sa maau ha, daghan pa man sad semi slim pa..jejeje

No need to change the law ang pag enforce lng ana mao problema ug ang ka kulang sa mga Jail/Rehab for minors.......
