    in our company we are given stock ownerships worth a thousand shares with no cash out, each share is now valued at $1.00 so all of of us employees here have a stock value for our selves at Php45,000..Things like this make you work even harder because you are really part of the company and not just a mindless drone or some cog in the wheel of the industry. As time passes we are excited as to the growth in value of our stocks in the nasdaq market. where in the phils local companies you get that kind of privilige, only in BPO companies who have progressive management unlike pinoy business owned by traditional chinese busiinessmen we are worth nothing bit mere laborers

    even japanese.. well of course toyota is an exemption and other real honchos in quality stuffs.. i tot kuyaw naka basta ur brought up from a japanese business point but sad to say deli d i tanan.. na mislead man nuon ko sa akong gipangbasa hihi..
