    what we have experienced from them is they don't deliver on time, they always set an schedule with no commitment.

    That's what I used to think of boss... Actually we are about to pull the trigger and issue PO for our 60Units Dell Wyse T50 Thin Clients, as well as Dell R520 server...

    Good thing this thing happened. Bye2x 1.5M Single PO...

    ng Khai is a reputable company who have been in business for 22 years with thousands of customers. You don't last that long in this industry in a small city like cebu if you don't get a few things right - including giving good prices, products and service. admittedly, sometimes, our customers demands a lot, and ocassionally our people promise a little too much to fulfill properly. Let me see what else we can do.

Next morning, they told us that it's already in the courier, but they couldn't locate were the package is.. These NG KHAI is a freakin' liar. Yesterday, they told us that the replacement unit will be "SURELY" delivered today, so I arranged my tech group to leave tonight to Mindanao to install the bridge. And to my d@mn surprise, they will call their accounting office daw 'coz I assume they don't have the replacement unit yet! All they have are lies!!!!

    At first I considered them to be our probable supplier for our DELL Servers as our existing servers are due for upgrade/replacement! While I guess they don't need us, but you guys beware of this company! They might give you trouble when time comes...

    My great appreciation for stepping up and taking this matter personally. You are really a true gentleman. While I am sadden by what had happen, as I already prepared a roadmap for NgKhai and my projects, but this issue has prompted my company to reconsider their position.

    And I would really go out in the open, that the ordeal almost cost me my career in the company. I was the one suspected of fabricating reasons, just to cover the company I favored in. It pains me to hear such comments, esp. to my own bosses. It pains me more to lose my career for a problem that is beyond my own control...

    Anyway sir, I will be forwarding my email correspondences to the email you posted so that you would also know the whole story.

    Anyway, thank you sir, and I am asking the Moderators to close this thread, as case is now resolved...
