    I agree with TS as we have experienced the same... purchase mi og 6 units nga ipa-deliver sa manila, we paid it here.. Then, di sila ka-hatag og info like waybill # or unsa ba nga info na napadala na. We kept calling the sales in-charge, permi nasa field or naa'y meeting! Ang nag receive sa manila nalang nag inform sa amoa... sobra pa ang unit, 7units ang na-abot.. wahaha..

    And I agree with cloudduster.. mas ok sa TTI..

    Hmmmm, thats the problem with stores selling Ubiquiti equipment. No support. Theres a lot of of them available, most of the problem with imported wireless devices dont carry after sales service. It is treated as off the shelf units. And most customers expect to get support, or even ask the seller to design the system for them.

    I have friends selling this units at a low price, but dont want to support this product because LABAD if mobalik ang customer expecting to configure it for them. thats another story kay walay labot sa bayad.
