There is also 1 point that the senate can't ignore. It should be an aide for legislation.
I see the hearing in
positive way since if you watch closely,
the other gov't agencies involve realizes their faults and help finding ways to solve the failure they did. COA, DPWH, PSDBM etc..
The senator (Cayetano) even sees loop holes in every transaction by just simply gathering answers to each gov't agency assigned.
Filing cases are not enough if they won't be fixing the errors/modus already revealed in all project bidding processes.

i feel the same way, i watch every hearing on youtube and i find it amazing that the current COA chairman is admitting the faults of their old ways unlike her subordinates nga sigi lang ug cover sa ilang arses
