    For the meantime, ISIS recruitment is ongoing in Mindanao.


    And Mayor Duterte "RESPECTS" their decision..... to kill innocent people in the Middle east.
    In fact, he "does not condemn" these people for joining these band of criminals.


    Ill be crossing my fingers when they get back here.
