Arki ko but I want to be in the games and movie industry. Concept artist to be precise, still not too late though. I'm doing my ten thousand hours everyday. Who would've thought that these industries would experience so much growth and I've never heard of these kind of jobs until recently.

Akong ikatambag sa uban dire na modecide based on financial factors rather than what they innately want to do.

    Well aware with that, sir.

But then I'd rather look at the bright side of it than focus on the pain that Imma get if I gain the position im after. I just wanna move up, that's all.

Before when I was a freshgrad, I had an ambition to rise up from the corporate ladder and perhaps become a manager someday. Pero along the way, kita ko sa sa kahimtang sa amo mga managers and VP (bisan ilang sweldo 3-5 times sa akong monthly salary), they have the most volatile and pressured position in our company. They might be physically present with their families but emotionally and mentally they are in Uranus.

When they retire from the company and even die, their efforts are not remembered. As soon as they retire or leave the company, most of their achievements and programs are easily scratched and deleted by their successors. Their legacy is not remembered by the company that they have served for many years.

In my POV, I will go abroad and earn even more that what they are currently earning right now.

Mao sad na ako bro. I love my current career as a senior web developer/designer especially doing user experience stuffs. But sometimes if you want to give the best for your family, you might be in the wrong job. Well it's not like my job doesn't provide well - in fact it does and I earn a lot thru other projects... but maybe my dreams for the family is just too big.

I hate selling. I think almost all programmers do. But we find new passions along the way and I think with selling (specifically as a real estate broker) is what I'm into now. So there's the financial factor but make sure you have the passion to go with it.
