mao gyud, bisaya sa ko ha.................patagam mani and piracy sa mga datu nga companya. It's our way of kicking the conglomerates ass. REcord stores are having low sales because of piracy. They should!!! I mean why should i buy an original, 450/cd when i can find a pirated version of the same quality except for the packaging but only costs 30/cd. And of course, the immortal download.
u cant stop piracy kay sa usa ka balay lang daan sa mga teenagers karon mo practice naman gani og piracy....unya dakpon ninyo tana...hala sige
kung mo.barato na ang mga original.

Once companies make music affordable enough for most people then piracy may decline.
And i agree, if only they put up quality/real music and not that pop crap that we hear endlessly on the radio, i wouldn't hesitate to buy originals. Hell, if i could find a single Morcheeba album here in Cebu i'd get it.
considering filipino culture, economic status and mentality, nah, it won't happen. with the awareness we have on how piracy destroys businesses, and the kind of law and enforcement we have here... no. ako la'y maluoy anang uban diha nga ga-convince sa ilang kaugalingon nga ma-stop nila ang piracy diri sa pinas.... poor things...
If they stop overpricing, then it will definitely entice buyers to buy the original.
