back in PS, we called it "New York time" coz our shift ends at around 9pm eastern which is supposedly the perfect time to bring out the booze... by 1pm CEB time, we're either tipsy, wasted or dead. hahahaha... and we love spending those moments at Julia's. price is definitely affordable and the food is just great.
