Yes one price na lang i display pero pwede gihapon mo give ug discount ang store as reflected on the receipt so technically reduced price ra siya

well kung sa receipt and credit card bill mag differ, its already an evidence that the store charged you an additional for using CC. Then its just upto you to report

mura libog kai pag basa nako sa news. if mo add on ka from the price. mao violation.
but say if cash - 20% discount and if card 10% discount. basin loop hole pud na noh?
mas barato man gyud discount basta cash. kai Macro dili gud mo dawat card. do u think ni violate pud sila law?
like sa goverment mo charge man sila og 20 pesos per sign or higher for the word "SALE"
mao na ang mga stores mo ingon nalang "LESS" or "OFF".

Kung cellphone/electronics imo paliton, parehas na ang price sa card or cash. Wohoo!

    PERO naay rebate ang cash.

    Booooo!

Loophole gihapon. In the end, this might look like good news for us buyers but we'll still be in a rut.
