kadaghan sa company, ga.exist gyud ni cya..thats what we called - politics or pamulitika in general.. its really hard to cope up and takes time to adjust.. on my experience, halos tanan kumpanya nasudlan nko naa gyud pirmi..one way or another,u have to learn the ropes and survive..
