DO NOT STOP FOR ANY REASON!!! INSTEAD CALL THE POLICE OR ANY
EMERGENCY LINE. DIAL 1-1-7 (Philippines) AND REPORT WHAT YOU SAW, BUT DON'T EVEN SLOW DOWN.
