do u like it hot? spice up your food ang hot food makatabang na sa metabolism. 6 small meals will surely do the trick but yes hassle jud na sya but its not like youll eat one full meal, a meal in a 6-meal diet means a handful of nuts, or a banana and skim milk, or a protein shake.

Yes sakto ka sa nuts and coke mas dghan calories and nuts problem is ang sa coke is what we call empty calories wala may matabang nimo na calories, ang sa nuts magamit nimo for your activities (jogging ba ka, swimming, weight training) which in turn help u become fit.

Sorry, can't PM. If you really want to fix your metabolism, you need to work from the inside out and start with your digestive and circulatory system. Your weight is only a symptom of a deeper problem. The Hydroxycut will burn your fat, but it wont fix your internal systems. Contact me nalang: 09178526826 and 032-3475582, for a free consultation. If you have lab tests, please prepare them. Kung wala, okay ra pud. I'll set you up with a meeting with our medical consultant.

your welcome jcgoyong... about the dosage, it stated that 2x a day ka mag take. im sure na u can take it before breakfast and before workout. also im sure na you shouldnt take it after 4pm and goes beyond 9 tablets... For me, i only take 3 "caplets" a day thats 2 caplets 30mins before workout and 1 after workout... I take it before breakfast. I usually exercise 30 minutes after i wake up because glycogen stores in the body are depleted. Instead of carbs to burn by the body, it turns to protiens and fats for energy. Also, to prevent tummy aches, i take a serving of banana before my cardiovascular exercises for potassium needs... dont forget to supplement Protein after exercise kay mugamay ang imong muscles...

Its true to take 6meals a day 2-3 hours intervals to keep your metabolism atop unless if you are calorie conscious on your food intake and if you have a faster metabolism. Taking snacks/meals frequently might be the culprit. Its hard to determine how much fat, protein, sugar, sodium, etc sa imong mga snacks/meals. Definitely nuts, foods high in fiber (wheat), protein. Veggies and fruits are best. no to sodas, pastries, candies, chocolates and any simple sugar foods.

Taking teas is good if GREEN TEA... aside from antioxidants, it oxidizes fats. thats y naay green tea ang fitrum and other commercialized fat burning supplements.

by the way, coffee is great too-without the whips and creams, sugars, creamers and sweeteners. Keep your coffee black as much as possible. Its an instant cardio. To supplement this, take it 30-60 mins before your cardio workout...

For an amino acid supplement alternatives, I take MORIAMIN (dont know if sakto ba ni ang spelling) orally. It can be bought at any leading drugstore near you. multivitamins pud ni. S2 for faster absorption (IV ni). You need a doctor or an I.V. Trained Nurse if you do this...

    i hope this helps
    comments are also welcome...

rice is a good source of carbohydrates. taking too much rice can be stored as fats if not needed anymore by the body coz glycogen stores are full. Too much carbohydrates turns to fats for reserved energy. So, sakto2x lang ang rice..
