imho u need a good psu, yaw pag salig sa generic psu sa imung casing, saon nlng payter kaau kag proc imu psu maot kaau, delikado pag mo buto na tiway imu pc.

a lower clocked AMD X2 should serve you well already. get a decent Vcard, 9600GSO - 8800GT - or better yet, an HD4850, if you could strech your budget a little further.

i was planning of also adding a HD3870 or HD3850 lolz

HD4850 is around 10k, HD4870 sguro imu pasabot. HD4850 para 8800GT beater.

casing w/ps (better if you buy a silverston ps)

this would just cost 1k more but its way better and it could play heavy games smoothly at low to mid settings unlike the built in ati780 w/c may run but almost unplayable

Don't settle for a generic PSU, go for a branded one like Silvertsone, HEC, Enermax, etc., etc..... Remember your rig is an investment, and an investment must be protected.

Here's a suggestion buy the cheapest ATX case WITHOUT A PSU from PCX with good airflow of course (murag naa silay kanang tag 1.2k) and but a branded PSU Silvertsone, HEC, Enermax, etc., etc.....
