the reason why most call center people gain weight, kay pag ist break kaon, pag lunch kaon, pag last break kaon, pag abot sa balay kaon, pag mata before goin to work kaon, and no time to exercise.

well mostly mao na gibuhat sa ako teammate...she is thin...but if naa jud ka dapat diet... 8hours ug sleep mka tabang..well actually if you work in a call center, imo bodyclock guba jud...so, 1 heavy meal plus water therapy = weight loss...(^_^
