    everyday. morag rather long.

    Weekends
    *LAUNDRY (all caps since sangkatutak although mostly partner does everything, ako lang sa whites kay strict oka )
    *General cleaning
    *Transcription if naay time
    *Sunday mass
    *Cooks something extra special for Sunday
    *Folds clothes and irons uniforms

    Monday to Friday
    *Wakes up as early as 4AM.
    *Preps food para sa mga nanrabaho and nang eskwela
    *Eats breakfast with youngest
    *Bathes with youngest
    *Folding clothes (if naa pa'y nabilin from Sunday)
    *Takes a nap with youngest
    *Preps food for lunch para inig abot sa kindergarten. If naa pa'y time, preps food for afternoon snacks and dinner para sa maabot pa lang sa balay
    *Preps for work
    *9.6 hours naa sa office
    *Uli at 2am the latest (but nothing too scary kay naay uban di musugot nga di ko kuhaon from work )
    And the cycle repeats for 5 days then weekends napud.

    Bonus na kaayo if makasuroy sa mall or makalaag sa park or makakatkat og bukid or mag swimming either pool or beach.

    coffee/ 30 minutes shouder mobility and hip flexibility exercises /10 minutes wrists warm up and planks/ 30 mins practice inversions
    and 2 hours yoga.
