Your subconscious mind is that portion of your mind that exists beneath the level of conscious awareness. It is very much like an information storehouse that holds all your memories, attitudes, emotions, beliefs, and habits. This information, which exerts a powerful influence on your life, is available to your conscious mind, but is not usually part of your conscious awareness.

The subconscious also controls most of your bodily reactions and metabolism. Breathing, blinking, digestion, walking, emotions, etc. are functions that are carried out subconsciously. We don't have to think about blinking in a sandstorm anymore than we have to remember to shiver when it is cold. Similarly, if you had a traumatic experience involving water, it is possible that each time you are near water your subconscious would replay this experience like an internal recording. This triggers your body, emotions, and metabolism to respond the way it did during the real danger. This is a simplified explanation of how people develop fears and phobias.

that i can say is the "glorification of the mind" .. i don't want to be too bookish here pero sa bio-psychology, the mind has been seen as, "a concept we used for the workings of the brain; a process,especially self-awareness; an emergent property of the organization of the network of billions of cells in a complex brain; and, an important by-product of the workings of the brain" .. anyway whatever one's belief is, there is always an All-knowing Supreme Being out there, call Him as what you may, I call and adore Him as God .. He surely has the answer to the intricacies of our mind and brain problem ..and my knowledge is always lacking .. and this makes me open to listen with humility to everybody, even my pastors, i.e.priests, limited as they are ..

According ti to the definition of Psychology, it comes from the Greek word Psyche meaning MIND or SOUL. Each individual is endowed with a mind or soul that is capable in deciphering THE TRUTH that is within or without. The brain is just the instrument of the mind where it transmits signals. The mind is the soundwave which cannot be seen but can only be understood in terms of the signal that the brain is broadcasting. GOD on the other hand is the INFINITE SOURCE or INTELLIGENCE which the mind of man is only a part of this. In other words, Our subconscious mind is ONE with the UNIVERSAL MIND of GOD. GOD is CONSCIOUSBNESS and nothing is without CONSCIOUSNESS.

If you are wondering about the answer to a problem, try to solve it objectively. Get all the information you can from research and also from others. If no answer comes, turn it over to your subconscious mind prior to sleep, and the answer always comes. It never fails.
