stop acting like abnoy who's only good at credit-grabbing and blaming everything to arroyo.
it seems that discussing things with you will only waste our time. and yeah, please continue with your beating-around-the-bush type of discussion and for sure istorya will be one less troll happy ...
lol when did i said he authored those laws? Do you really want to go with that argument? That a president cannot be given credit for approving laws and any other policies because its just part of his job?
Ali barugi imo argument tan-awon nato kinsa short sighted or basin hit and run rana imoha hadlok ka madebunked?

let's go back to his time as senator, of all the bills he made/authored ( if there is some ) was there any of it that was passed into Law ?? NOTHING.
So what? did i say he passed a law before he became a president? this is irrelevant! stay on the argument
now, back to his job as president .... read this to enlighten your mind and you'll see that all he does is signing and not in the actual decision, that job is for the senators/congressmen
Ofcourse presidents dont legislates laws, when did i say they do? this still irrelevant. wow! you cant even focus your response to the argument.

HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES | 16th Congress of the Philippines
and you misunderstood the term presidential decree, you think that it's a power by the president when in fact, it's only an Act of the Enactment or approval of the bill to become a Law.
and let's go ahead with your misconception of decree or a push of abnoy for a bill to become a law and that he is powerless about it no matter how many times he screams and yells and begs ........... - BBL and FOI bill. If a percentage of the Senate disagrees, then it will never become a law, the word of the president holds no grounds.
and before you go on saying that the president has the power to approve or not - read this
    7. If the President decides to exercise his veto powers, the Congress may re-pass the vetoed bill if two-thirds of both Houses, voting separately, approve its enactment.
In this case, the bill also officially becomes a law.
This doesnt even matter , Noynoy Never Vetoed the Sin tax and RH bill, he was the one who approved it to become a law Not the senate or congress.

clear proof that the president has nothing to do with a bill passed into law.
Really? The president has nothing to do? The President is the only one who approves a bill for it to become a law (except only if he vetoed it). That's just a fact!

    get it now
Bottom line, Aquino is the one the approved the bill and pass it into a law, and its part of his job to do so. Now back to the original argument, DONT you think he deserved the credit for doing hes job?

Those links are irrelevant nobody argue on how the laws are passed.. Noynoy approved those Laws and its a fact! Are going to deny this?

ill give that original argument you brought against me:
look at what you said above - you gave credit to Abnoy for signing the Sin Tax and Rep Health Law. But you failed to understand that he is only acting his JOB AS PRESIDENT to SIGN and make them as law BUT he did not author those Laws.
So why dont you answer a simple question? Do you think Noynoy Dont deserved credit for doing his job on approving those laws? YES or NO?

mabawa ra jd sa imong argument.. it is his job, his duty to approve those. Tell me did you thank the jeepney driver for driving the jeep ug sa pag hatod nimo sa imo destinasyon? Did you thank those janitors sa SM nga nang limpyo sa mga CR? Or did you ever thank those kusinera sa mga kan-anan sa pagluto ug lami nga sud-an na imong gikaon? 99% wala naka nagpasalamat, you just go on your way and mind your own business. Why? Because of this - we have this thing we call JOB. Each one of us we have particular functions to do in this society, whether we receive acknowledgment for it or wala, we are bound to DO our job. Dont get me wrong, we should give thanks like to those teachers, to our parents, to our labandera or yaya, who put their time and effort para sa atong kaayuhan. But I am pretty sure, Panot signing those laws is just one of his job as a president. Should we be thankful ni sign sya? Really? There are two sides of this, and the answer is, it depends. It depends on the law that was signed. The subject na imong gina point out diri is, we should be THANKFUL kay gi signan ni panot and approving those laws. mura man cyag bata hatag ug example. Kung mo sign si panot na e-approve and abortion, should we be thankful?
