It is fair to state that Christianity, as we know it today, derives not from Jesus' time
but from the Council of Nicea.

Kutlo nsad..hehehe
For a christian point of view, we believe nga gikan jud na sa Ginoo - Ginoo baya siya, di sad tingali siya musugot nga an iya mga teachings masayop pag suwat. So if u believe in God so tuo sad ka nga gikan na niya an mga teaching. Thats what FAITH is all about in Christianity, but wala man mu ana so kever....hehehe
hoy dodong! there are 2 kinds of criticism - constructive and destructive. your first post is obviously the latter! yah proving that you're right blah... blah... blah... you are just turning around your wicked bush dude! what can i expect? i just can conclude from your first post that you lack a big chunk of knowledge about christianity yet! read and read more! do not jump into conclusion directly without considering actual facts! me? if i don't know my true religion? what am i arguing here for? TAKE THAT! i know where i stand dude! have you examined yourself lately?!
you said "I never said I wasn't a RC. I said I was born being RC, now that I have a choice and seen how corrupt majority of RC parishoners are... I'd rather stay away from church, but still believe in God, Jesus, etc. But I won't follow all those teachings. I just follow karma >_>" who's more spiritually floating now? at least i have my strong faith as being a christian, RC being my religion. how about you? how do you size up your spirituality? half baked?! if you want to argue you still have NOT proven ANYTHING YET!!! i dont know if you consider yourself an agnostic but as i what have observed you're close to it! spiritually in doubt! in short... wierd!
yup you're right! if i need to kill somebody i will but so far i dont have any reason to kill yet... and i dont want to kill as much as possible but if there is any circumstance for me to do it then i also know how. i am actually into martial arts and practical shooting... but when i started having these, it ironically changed my own perspective in life - that is... always staying away from trouble. i just would like to react to the author of this post. "this" is just too bad for me not to take some reactions.
religion is still a business. if it has not been a business why do churches (any church, in fact all church including RC) engage with monetary considerations? even part of the bible discusses about 10% of our income is for the church. it's just that in RC we dont have that but in our own parish, church rites - baptism, burial etc have it's corresponding rates. in every aspect, it is still deals with income generation. so much more with other christian religion, i know of some that checks up to the income tax return and base the church collection our of that. religion still involves money.
mao ni imong giingon!

So...,
Gikan diay na sa ginoo directly? dili ba ang history maoy nag prove asa gikan ug giunsa pag mugna and christianismo?
ni ingun man gud ka: It is fair to state that Christianity, as we know it today, derives not from Jesus' time

The product of Imagination. Well, i'm just passing by.
