You know what, the Philippine Marines are a formidable lot. It's suicide to engage them face-to-face. What the MILF did was baiting the PMs at their own good time & pace through unconventional warfare. What they did was nothing new. Our brave guerillas have done that to the Japanese invaders in WW2. What the MILF did was textbook ambush but they just overdone it by this, well, mutilations. What if another group did this thing to take revenge? Remember the group that hostaged Gen Dolorfino & the foreign military observers? Didn't they were attacked by the PMs to enforce a COMELEC gun ban & suffered casualties in return? What if they were the ones who did the mutilations?

These marines who were beheaded and worst organs were mutilated is a big disgrace and a violation of War Ethics... their treacherous attack resembles an image that these outlaws could never be trusted and should not be given the chance for peacetalks.. how would someone feel if one of your family members were killed and then the responsible culprit call for a peace! peace my ass!!!

i condole with the families of those marines who were killed in the traeacherous attack by the MORO! They're all *****S! what offend me more is the fact that one of the Cebuano marine's wife was texted by this MORO "ibug kaayu ko nimu day!" and it added insult to injury to the grieving family.. it appears that this moro recovered the cp of one of the beheaded marines and saw his wife picture on it... thus wantonly and deliberately texted her with such message that makes her feel more outraged!

If we would want an all out war we better make sure those mortar rounds are not duds. Did you saw their testing at a military camp in last night's news witnessed by the AFP's mouthpiece, Lt Col Bacarro, who was clearly embarrassed by his earlier pronouncements (as per order by AFP, CS) that it was an isolated case that happened in Basilan?

Fr. Bossi was released by the MILF rebels. Now, these rebels should really be dissolved. They have detained a priest and in the course of the search of our marine soldiers, they have attacked them. No wonder they have attacked those marines since they were the culprits on kidnapping the priest.

I don't see any reason why do we have to continue our peace negotiations with this group. They were the ones who violated the rules laid down while they are before the negotiating table. They did not only involve themselves with those terrorist groups, they are the ones inflicting harm to the civilians.

So much for peace negotiations. All of them should be eliminated.

well the problem with our country is "budget" for the military. .. i saw the news last night and the marines were testing their mortars and the bullet/missile of the mortar whatever you call it when back at them.....that was kinda funny.

the marines are preparing for an all out war though..may god bless them and hope they clean out these terrorist once and for all.
